Board of Directors
The Company is managed under the guidance of a Board of Directors. The Directors consist of the chairpersons of the respective seed potato production regions, as well as the Managing Director of the Company appointed as a full time employee of the Company (ex officio).
The Board of Directors meets twice a year to discuss company matters. At the Seed Potato Growers’ Forum held on 21 September 2022, the regional chairpersons of the Seed Potato Grower meetings were re-appointed as non-executive directors of the Company.
